Every order is made especially for you after you place it. Producing items on demand helps reduce waste while allowing us to create meaningful products that celebrate rescue dogs and the people who love them.

Processing Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

During busy shopping periods, production may occasionally take a little longer, but we'll always work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Typical delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Please remember that these are estimated delivery times. Shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your destination and the products you've selected.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may ship from different production facilities. If that happens, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking information.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@cheekycheetahproducts.com. If production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to update your address.

Once production begins, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please email info@cheekycheetahproducts.com. We'll work closely with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
